I somehow decided it’d be a good idea to start going through my old fics, fixing all those stupid mistakes I missed the first time around.

Here’s the very first fic I ever posted, a Janet-centric SG-1/Highlander crossover. It’s also a fix-it.

Aspects of Life and Death (Five ways Janet Fraiser didn’t die).

I sort of like it, especially now that I’ve fixed the Horrible Mistakes. Highlander is still my favourite show, and Highlander fandom is still my first love, so I’ll never not love my Highlander fics. And everyone knows how I’m crazy about crossovers.

Okay, I'm turning 30 in a month and a day, so I suppose I'm old enough to confess: when I was fifteen, I had a major crush on Duncan MacLeod. The show was on our TV late at night, I had to wake up very early, so my parents obviously did not let me watch it - so I would steal dad's small TV-set and watch the show in my room, hiding it under the blankets. I did it once or twice, to be honest, because then my little brother caught me and stole the TV to watch football. And yeah, I'm sure it was football, because you could not catch any porn with that TV set.

Methos/Rebecca were my first idea of OTP, back when I had no idea what OTP is. It does not contradict Duncan/Methos, because when Methos fell for Duncan, Rebecca had already died.

I was almost shocked to find this vid. No, there is nothing shocking in it, it's a great Methos/Rebecca fanvid, but oh my god, Alan Parson's Project has always been my "Methos soundtrack", and when I saw a perfect video on one of my favourite pairings with exactly the song I had in mind for it - I thought someone read my mind. In a good way.

I was not going to resurrect Janet. This morning I only wanted to close my gestalt on Methos in SG universe. It was supposed to be a snippet or something. I guess Methos had his objections.
